Description The Company is a small, portable generator that converts waste heat from cooking stoves and open fires direct into electricity to charge cell phones and other small electronics. We're a small, aggressive team out of Stanford University's materials science department, and we're on a track to make Company the lowest cost small generation source in the world on a $/Wh basis with a model based on local management and assembly in developing communities. We have units being tested now in Ghana, Kenya, and Haiti, and hope to expand rapidly in 2013 to bring this technology quickly to communities throughout Africa and India.
