TAMA is the registered national not for profit organization based in Tanzania, East Africa. We have been working with smallholder farmers for over 9 years ago. The program will focus on enhancing farming techniques combined with access to finance, pensions and insurance schemes and markets through microfinance institution (MFI) for for 30,000 poor smallholder farmers in Biharamulo district, Kagera Region. We aim to introduce sunflower husbandry, beekeeping and animal rearing to improve income and livelihoods through value chain development of the processed products.
