Company aims to establish climate friendly meals at a larger scale by providing and promoting low-carbon recipes. Company ‘s aim is to raise awareness of the connection between our food and climate change, and make scientific knowledge available to the larger public. At the same time, they emphasize a balanced diet and enjoy culinary diversity. It is their goal to give you access to a choice, a CO2-label on every dish you get served, in every canteen, restaurant, school, everywhere your favorite meal could be served. To achieve this they offer trainings to canteens (incl. calculation of emissions of recipes) and provide materials for campaigns promoting the new offerings by the canteens.
