Description A multi-channel communication campaign conceptualized, designed and produced by People Living with HIV (PLHIV) with an aim to decrease stigma levels, increase proportion of PLHIV who disclose their status in work place and increase employability of PLHIV. Thus, the project will empower young PLHIV by building their capacity in conceptualizing, designing and producing a campaign on issues related to HIV, with a focus on workplace discrimination and build their skills in research and documentation. It will also harness the power of the audio and visual media to reach out to audiences, with special focus on employers, on issues related to HIV so as to have a positive attitudinal impact. Above all, it will communicate that PLHIV can continue to be productive, employable, and can contribute to the work force. The campaign will have a pan-India broadcast with a focus on 3 high prevalence states of Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
